Trip to Europe
We had a 10 day ground package booking done with E tour partner via travel triangle. Right from begining it was a great experience. Before booking they suggested better options for our tour plan... and explained everything in details. They helped to plan a comprehensive package covering all important site seeing and venues in London, Paris and Rovaniemi Finland. Even during tour Mr Gurjeet was prompt in service and updates. Due to cloudy weather we missed out on aurora lights view. They helped secure another booking next day on a short notice. Our entire tour was well planned and there were no hiccups. They are good at that. Only suggestion would be, visa processing staff can be little more proactive. We had a 10 day ground package booking done with E tour partner via travel triangle. The trip was planned meticulously. The hotels were booked at the city center which made all the iconic places easily accessible. All major attractions points were covered and importantly it was b...udget friendly.

Trip to Europe
I was assigned a few travel agencies by Travel Triangle, also got hashtag travel as one agency.. My trip was a bit complicated with many rectifications and changes. The best part is Priyanka of t...he trip she was so kind , patient any time i requested for a change she did . And assisted me through the entire trip even on the trip when I had a few hassles she intervened and sorted them out and also ensured that my future places did not have the similar issue. As i had travelled to 4 different places.i have travelled many countries and interacted with many agents but haven't come across one such agent who is patient understanding.and adjusting. She is a best and deserves kudos and also recommend others to go with hashtag travel for just Priyanka and her concern over our travel plans. I would also consider my future trips with them. Once again thanks Priyanka and all the very best.

Had a wonderful Europe trip overall and created some amazing memories ❤️ The itinerary was well planned and everything was managed smoothly. At times it felt a little hectic because of the shor...ter duration and covering multiple places, but it was still totally worth it. The arrangement of the trip was well done, bye pehla Safar. The hotels were good and the breakfast served in the hotels were also good. The arrangement for the smaller trips were also properly ma...naged. However, the location of the hotels in which we state could have been better. Our hotels, especially the one in Amsterdam was a bit far away from centre.

Trip to Europe
I am extremely happy with the exceptional service provided by this tour partner. They planned and managed my entire multi-country Europe trip covering Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Greece, and eve...rything was handled with outstanding professionalism. Right from booking all my internal flights, arranging smooth airport transfers, securing comfortable hotels, and guiding me through the visa process — they took care of every detail with precision. Their planning was well-structured, making it easy for me to explore four countries without any stress. What I appreciated the most was their 24×7 support on WhatsApp and calls. No matter what time it was, they were always available to guide me, answer questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the journey. That level of dedication truly sets them apart. Thanks to their perfectly arranged itinerary across all four countries, I had a memorable and seamless travel experience. The biggest highlight of my trip was witnessing the Northern Lights, a lifelong dream made possible because of their planning and timely coordination. I am genuinely grateful for their effort, professionalism, and personal care. If you want a reliable, honest, and highly organised tour partner who ensures a stress-free and unforgettable travel experience, I highly recommend them. They made my entire trip truly special. Trip to Europe
The overall experience has been very good. After sharing our destination requirements over a brief call, we were appraised about the travel itinerary and it was customised to meet our family targ...ets from this tour. Apart for that, everything was well planned and we were well informed about the travel guidelines, the agency shared with us some key & critical local Europe tourist knowledge that was really helpful and handy when we landed. Quite happy the way things panned out and the support extended by Pehla Safar. All said and done, there is nothing in this world, especially a service that can deliver a 100% satisfaction to its clients. We are no different, I am sure there are few minor hitches & learnings for both - the agency and us as travellers. We would be well prepared for the next time we travel again and expect the agency also to cover those bases so that their service delivery is topnotch. Best wishes to Pehla Safar team, we look forward to connecting hopefully soon.

Hotel was good. Hotel location is also good. Pick up cab left without picking us from the airport but that's the mistake of the provider. Pehla safar solved the issue and refunded the cab amount.... Rest other things are fine. No hassle as such

It was nice experience the travel agent was in touch while on trip. I gave 4 stars because My cancelation refund is still pending even after 15 days of waiting. The agent is not responding neith...er they called me about the same. That's disappointing. My calls are unanswered.
